Registration may be done either online or at the conference in Eugene. Click here for online registration. Please note that your registration will not be complete until the registration fee is paid.
The registration fee may be paid online via approved credit card, by money order made out to the "University of Oregon", or in cash at the door. No checks will be accepted.
There are both Regular and Reduced rates. The Reduced rate is available for current students in good standing with their academic institution, and for participants coming directly for the conference from institutions in soft-currency countries. To confirm your status as a student, please submit proof of status, e.g.:
(i) e-mail or letter from supervising professor with statement of affiliation;
Please note that registration rates increase according to the following time schedule:
Advanced registration prior to and including February 15:
Regular: $80.00 USD
Reduced: $40.00 USD
Advanced registration after February 15 but before the conference:
Regular: $85.00 USD
Reduced: $45.00 USD
Registration onsite at the conference:
Regular: $90.00 USD
Reduced: $50.00 USD
We anticipate a dinner one evening, in the range of $20.00-$25.00 U.S.D (not included in the registration fee). Further information will be forthcoming.
