CoDaC
Scholars of Diversity Directory UO Faculty, Graduate Students & Researchers
Research and Teaching Interest Survey
Please
take 5 minutes to fill out this online survey...
CoDaC would like to hear from you! CoDaC is working
to establish a directory of UO faculty, graduate students and researchers interested
who maintain research and/or teaching interests in areas related to our mission:
CoDaC is a learning organization committed to
promoting research and best practices on issues of cultural diversity, equity,
and access.
Your
replies will help CoDaC to better identify and serve our campus stakeholders,
enhance the campus visibility of UO scholars' diversity research interests and
course offerings, and to facilitate conversation and collaboration in our community
of scholars.
We anticipate that this
information will appear in a UO Diversity Resource
Guide, to be distributed annually on the UO campus. The Guide will also include
the useful Eugene/Springfield
Multicultural Resource Guide and other campus and community diversity-related
databases, listings and educational tools. Directory entries will be concise,
and will include campus contact information and a short summary or list of diversity-related
research and/or teaching interests. Entries will be organized by departmental
affiliations.
Your participation
is completely voluntary. If you are interested
to have your information appear in the CoDaC Scholars of Diversity Directory,
please provide us with the following information (on the back of this form), as
you wish it to appear in the Directory.
