This is a vital signs case study for Environmental Control Systems II at the University of Oregon by Randolph Fritz and Matt Larson.  The study concerns the electric lighting in the special collections room of Knight Library on the University of Oregon campus.  The completed testing, modeling, and analysis took place between mid-May and early June 2000.
