The method by which we compiled data for our experiment involved the
collection and recording of light readings throughout the museum's entry
sequence and main exhibit room. We were primarily interested in studying
the illuminance levels. We sought to understand how the existing entry
sequence lighting characteristics affect the visitors perception and
experience of the museum itself (primarily the main exhibit area).

To accompany the electronic light readings, we will also be conducted
surveys of the visitors to determine perceived visual comfort.
