WORKERS MEMORIAL DAY

The Northwest Oregon Labor Council is conducting a 7:30 p.m. memorial service at:

Portland, Oregon
The memorial service will honor the 59 work-related deaths in Oregon in 2007.
Workers Memorial Day commemorates workers killed on the job. The AFL-CIO is currently developing a site in Salem to serve as a permanent location to hold Workers Memorial Day ceremonies.
