Research Interests: I am interested in larval ecology, mainly in food limitations in marine invertebrate larvae.

Thesis:"Effects of natural food availability on
larval condition of Balanus glandula in the laboratory and the field"

Advisor: Dr. Richard Emlet

Current Employment: Biological Technician, Long Term Ecological Monitoring Program, Olympic National Park, WA.

About GK12: The GK12 program improved my communication and teaching skills, facilitated involvement with the local community and increased my understanding of basic scientific concepts.
