Sanjay Srivastava is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Oregon. He received his B.A. in psychology from Northwestern University and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to coming to the University of Oregon, he was a postdoctoral research scholar at Stanford University. Sanjay's research interests include emotions in social contexts, interpersonal and self-perception, and personality dynamics and development.

Scott Adams is a second-year Ph.D. student. He received his B.A. in psychology from Ohio State University. Scott is interested in cognitive and affective processes in interpersonal perception and trait inference.

Kimberly Angelo is a fourth-year Ph.D. student. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Massachussetts, Amherst. Kimberly's research interests include positive emotions, emotion regulation, and the cognitive, emotional, and social bases of curiosity.

Steve Guglielmo is a fourth-year Ph.D. student. He received his B.A. in psychology from SUNY-Geneseo. Steve is interested in how people infer and explain others' mental states. He is currently working on a study of how perceiver effects interact with other components of interpersonal perception.

Allison Tackman is a first-year Ph.D. student. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Riverside. She is interested in emotion regulation in social interactions.

Jessica Tipsord is a fifth-year Ph.D. student. She received her B.A. in psychology from East Carolina University, and her M.A. in psychology from Wake Forest University. Jessica's research interests include attentional processes in social interactions and the psychological study of mindfulness.
