lime The tartness of lime juice seems to be noticeable among Thai-food fans. Lime is used in Thai cuisine in much the same way as Lemon. You can substitute lemon for lime, but lime is commonplace nowadays. Pick the green one next time you go to a supermarket!
Kaffir lime may be an exotic fruit to you. It looks like a wrinkled lime or a small ugli fruit. Its zest is used in a curry paste, while fresh leaves are used for aromatic purposes.
