| Director of Academic Support Reggie was born on the Travis Air Force Base and was raised in Fairfield, California. Upon completing High School, Reggie chose to attend the University of Oregon and play football. This former Oregon standout, and Gang Green defensive player, was an important member of both the 1994 Rose Bowl team and 1995 Cotton Bowl team. In 1996, Reggie graduated with his Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Upon graduating, he spent one year as a student-teacher at Marist High School. In 1998, he was hired by the Office of Academic Services for Student-Athletes to be an academic counselor. Reggie provides advises and counsels student-athletes in all areas of their academic life.

| Coordinator of Student-Athlete Retention & Development As the coordinator of student-athlete retention & development, Deryk assumes the resposibilities of coordinating Oregon's on-campus recruiting efforts. Gilmore also monitors the athletic progress or Oregon's football players as they progress towards their diplomas, and assists with job placement afterwards.

| Associate Director Compliance Recognizing the importance of compliance and eligibility, Gary Gray became the fifth associate director with his promotion during the spring of 1997. As an assistant athletic director since 1990, Gray helped build the athletic departments office of academic advising as assistant coordinator since his arrival in 1984. He took over as the coordinator of academic advising. He assumed the role of the departments authority on compliance and other matters involving NCAA and Pacific-10 Conference rules and regulations four years ago. In addition, he supervised the student services staff and coordinated efforts with the counselors for student-athletes housed at McArthur Court until his promotion to associate director. He was given the additional responsibility of overseeing the mens and womens track and cross country programs, as well as wrestling, in the summer of 1998. A native of State Center, Iowa, and graduate of Western Illinois University in athletic administration, Gary (4-8-52) worked two seasons in marketing for minor league baseball clubs in Salt Lake City and Salinas, Calif. He also was an account executive for the Utah Jazz of the NBA during the 1983-84 season. Gary and wife Sheila are the parents of daughters Mary (5-9-91) and Anne (9-7-93).

| Assistant Director of Compliance Bill starts his second year at the University of Oregon this fall. He is primarily responsible for rules Bill Clever is responsible for all interpretations and education of NCAA rules for all of Oregon's athletic programs. Bill came to the University of Oregon after two years as Assistant Compliance Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Penn, he became active in the National Association of Athletic Compliance Coordinators, serving on the board of directors (1999-2000) and currently as third vice-president. Bill is a 1984 graduate from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He went on to the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas where he earned his law degree in 1987. After practicing civil, criminal and appellate law for nearly ten years, he discovered an otherwise repressed interest in NCAA rules compliance. Bill is engaged to be married to Dr. Rita Feldmanis.

| Initial Eligibility Coordinator Leanne Brooks was born and raised in Eugene where she competed as an athlete at Churchill High School. In 1991 Leanne graduated form Churchill High School and chose to attend the University of Oregon, where she played softball for the Ducks. In 1995 she received her Bachelor's degree. Leanne then worked for 3 years as a Graduate Assistant to the compliance office. During this time she received her Master's degree, and in 1998 she was hired as the Initial Eligibility Coordinator. Leanne's primary job is to deal with all the incoming student-athletes initial eligibility, admissions, and official visit concerns. |

| Grant-In-Aid Coordinator The 34 year old, Grant-In-Aid Coordiantor was raised in Eugene, and is a graduate of the University of Oregon. John has worked in compliance, dealing with financial aid since since 1995. In the two years prior to 1995, John Lucier was a Graduate Assistant to Gary Gray, also in the compliance office. John's main responsibilities fall in the areas of athletic aid (scholarships), employment, housing, outside aid, and any other financial concerns that student-athletes may encounter. John has two sons, Nathan and Riley. |

| Assistant Athletic Director, Director of Student Services, Sport Psychologist One of the newer members of the administrative management team is Karen Nelson, now overseeing the services for student-athletes after her promotion in the spring of 1997. She coordinates the departments academic advising and tutoring areas and works closely with the educational services office for student-athletes housed in McArthur Court. She also directs the life skills program (SOAR) which she started. She has successfully initiated the many facets of the departments life skills program, focusing on scholastic excellence, outstanding character, athletic achievement and responsibility to self and others (SOAR). Karen Nelson was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director- Student Services in 1993. She adds this position to the sport counseling position for the University of Oregon Athletic Department she has held since 1985. Karen oversees the student-services and is the director of the SOAR/ NCAA Life Skills program. She continues to counsel student-athletes in performance enhancement skills, personal issues, eating disorders, injury recovery, along with teaching the mandatory three credit course for freshmen student-athletes, ELTA 199, Issues of Intercollegiate Athletics. Karen earned a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and masters' degrees from University of Oregon. Her two sons, Brett and Bob Brothers played football for the University of Oregon. |

| Sports Nutritionist Ingrid Skoog is an Oregon State University graduate that hails from Forest Grove, Oregon. In 1987 she earned her Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In 1993 shew was awarded her Masters degree in Exercise and Sport Science, also from OSU. Ingrid is a Registered Dietician (RD,''94). Ingrid's past work experience includes being the campus nutritionist for OSU, Coordinating Nutrition Education for Portland Public Schools, and as managing the Human Performance lab at Oregon Health Sciences University as well as working with their Out-patient eating disorders program. Prior to coming to Eugene she was in private practice in Colorado. As the Director of Sports Nutrition, she works with individual athletes and teams to help them achieve their athletic goals and potential through superior nutrition. She and her husband, Jonathan were thrilled by the birth of their daughter in January 2000 In her free time she enjoys recreational rollerblading, running, and hiking. |

| Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Jim Radcliffe, Oregons head strength and conditioning coach, plays a significant role in the Ducks football program as the designer of the year-round development calendar. He also guided the receivers during much of fall camp and at Michigan State while Chris Petersen was granted a leave of absence. Radcliffe furnishes the student-athletes with a wide variety of exercise through weight training and lifting systems and is a noted authority in the field of exercises dealing with the improvement of speed and quickness. The 41-year-old native of McCloud, Calif., was the assistant strength coach at Oregon for two years before assuming the duties of head coach in that area. He did graduate study and worked in private business prior to joining the Ducks staff. Radcliffe taught and coached a variety of sports and was the athletic trainer for six years at Aloha High School. Graduating from Pacific in Forest Grove, he played four seasons at defensive back and was captain of the special teams. Radcliffe (2-10-58) is active in national organizations surrounding his profession and is certified the by United States Weightlifting Federation. He also has written a book, has been published in numerous professional journals and produced a video on plyometrics, one of the most effective exercise techniques. His wife, Janice, is an instructor in physical education at Oregon with a doctorate in exercise physiology.

| Assistant Strength Coach Geoff Ginther continues his association with the Ducks as assistant strength and conditioning coach. He works with all Oregons student-athletes, including overseeing the volleyball and women^Rs basketball teams. A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association,Ginther received his undergraduate degree in physical education from Miami (Ohio) in 1984 and a Master of Science from Purdue in 1986. Ginther came to Oregon after serving four years at Purdue as assistant strength-conditioning coach. He also worked as an assistant football and strength coach at Talawanda High School in Oxford, Ohio, for five years. An avid outdoorsman, the three-sport high school athlete competed in powerlifting and rugby in college and entered marathons and triathlons during the 1980s for enjoyment.

| Assistant Strength Coach Jeremy Pick is a native of Anna, Illinois. He attended Greenville College, in Greenville Illinois where he was a Football player. In 1992 Coach Pick recieved his Bachelor's degree in Excercise Science. He also attended Souther Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois where he earned his masters degree in Excercise Physiology in 1994. Prior to coming to the University of Oregon in 1997, Jeremy Pick was the Head Wrestling Coach at Ann-Jonesboro Community High School and later an Assistant Strength, Wrestling and Football coach at Carbondale Community High School. He currently is a valued member of the Strength and Conditioning Staff, working with multiple sports and many athletes toward achieving their strength and conditioning goals. |

| Director of Athletic Medicine Dean Adams, possesses the longest tenure of any of Oregons treatment staff members. With the addition of soccer three years ago and multiple locations for treatment facilities, Adams has taken on a greater administrative role and relinquished some of his day-to-day duties with the football program, though he works closely with assistant trainer Kevin Steil with the football team. Adams supervises the five assistant trainers at three facilities (Casanova Center, McArthur Court and the Bowerman Family Building at Hayward Field), as well as nine graduate assistant athletic trainers. He also oversees an insurance coordinator and the schools team physician in addition to working with the team dentist, four orthopedic surgeons and other medical specialists in keeping the Ducks healthy. He also works closely with the Student Health Center in coordinating prescription orders with the pharmacy, any lab work needed, X-ray scheduling and the ordering of athletic treatment supplies. Adams was the head trainer for 12 years at the University of Hawaii before returning to the mainland. While in Hawaii, Adams worked many outside activities, including as an instructor for the National Summer Youth Sports Program of Honolulu for underprivileged youngsters. A 1967 graduate of Eastern Washington University, he is a native of Lake Chelan, Wash., and received his masters degree in therapeutic physical education in 1968 from Eastern Washington University. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

| Team Physician The health and well-being of all the Universitys varsity student-athletes rests in the capable hands of team physician Dr. Robert Crist. He was hired in the fall of 1994. Crist established his practice in Eugene in 1965 after graduation from Indiana University and actively practiced in Eugene until a couple of years ago when he decided to devote all his medical attention to Duck athletes. He has been chief of staff at Sacred Heart General Hospital (1983-85) and medical director in the emergency room there for six years until 1992. He has also served as president of the Lane County Medical Society (1975-76). He started his experience with athletic teams as team physician at Churchill High School in the late 1960s and throughout the 1970s. A native of Springfield, Ohio, Crist graduated with a B.A. in anatomy and physiology with Phi Beta Kappa honors at Indiana University and also attended Indiana Medical School, receiving his M.D. in 1961. He was selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha during school. He served his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich., in 1961-63, and began his family practice in Eugene in 1965, after two years of military service in the U.S. Public Health Service. |
