Note that the featured Best Western-New Oregon rates are available only until March 15, and cannot be obtained via the internet. Also note that the University is hosting a track meet (yes, we are "Track Town"!) the same weekend as the ACAL conference, which will make it more challenging to find accomodations if you don't do it early.

The Franklin Boulevard options listed below are 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from the conference area (Erb Memorial Union, at 13th and University streets; and Straub Hall). See Campus Map.

GETTING HERE

BY CAR

DRIVING NORTH: From I-5 take Exit 192. Bear right and the exit will place you on Franklin Blvd. which borders the north side of the University.

DRIVING SOUTH: From I-5 take Exit 194B. 194B places you on Highway 105. Take Exit 2 for Coburg Road. Bear left on the exit, following signs for "University of Oregon". This exit will take you to Coburg Road and over the Ferry St. Bridge. Bear left when going over the bridge and you will be forced onto Broadway, which becomes Franklin Blv. Franklin Bvld. This borders the north side of the University.

BY AIR

A number of airlines serve Eugene, Oregon, arriving from San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Seattle, Phoenix, etc. To get to the University of Oregon from the airport, we recommend taking a taxi (about $20.00). If several are travelling together the OmniShuttle may serve your needs well. If you wish to rent a car, several rental agencies are located in the terminal.
