ARAL TOLGOI :
Aral Tolgoi, on the west end of Khoton Nuur, is the smallest of the three sites. It is distinguished by the age of its imagery: most of the representations at Aral Tolgoi date to the early-middle Holocene; some appear to date even earlier, to the late Pleistocene. The Project has completed its documentation of this site and is preparing its complete report.
