Faculty Grievance Appeals Committee

Reports. Since it is an appeal committee, the committee only files "pro-forma" reports to the Senate every year that are not substantive in nature.

Charge. The Grievance Appeal Committee shall hear, on request of the faculty member grieving at Step Two, all grievances excepting those concerning denial of promotion, denial of tenure (or denial of both), or failure to renew an appointment in violation of the grievant's rights. Committee members shall be unclassified academic employees with faculty rank. Term of office is three years, June 16, 2007 - June 15, 2010.
