Purpose:

The Athletic Training Service Center (ATSC) is a University of Oregon run sports medicine service for the physically active. The ATSC was founded by the International Institute for Sport and Human Performance through a seed grant from the Bowerman Family Charitable Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation. It is for the benefit of the community and the Sports Medicine program of the Department of Human Physiology at the University of Oregon.

Mission Statement:

The Athletic Training Service Center is designed to promote the health and wellness of the active population within the Eugene community. We strive to provide our clients with the best health care possible through injury evaluation, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, prevention; education and referral. Our ultimate goal is to empower the public with the proper knowledge and motivation to become active participants in an active, injury-free
lifestyle.
