INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

The Counseling Center works with UO students who are experiencing a wide variety of personal, academic, and relationship problems.

Some of these include:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • problems studying
  • eating disorders
  • substance abuse
  • couples issues
  • sexual concerns
  • loneliness

To access services:

  • Come by the Counseling Center during Drop In hours.
  • Bring student ID, and fill out necessary paperwork.
  • You will have an intake session with the Counselor on duty (on a "first come, first served" basis).
  • After assessment, you will receive ongoing services, be referred to other Community resources, or will be put on a waiting list for therapy in the near future.
