Environmental Policymakers and Planners

Welcome to the Univeristy of Oregon's Environmental Policymakers and Planners (EPP) student organization website. EPP is a dynamic student-powered organization with the mission to "promote awareness, opportunities, and educational experiences concerning environmental policy and planning."

All undergraduate and graduate students from any department are welcome to be a part of EPP. We encourage a variety of backgrounds to participate and contribute to better the organization.


 

Upcoming Events

Date November 20-22: Beach clean-up and yurt trip. Attendees will leave on Friday and return on Sunday.
Location: Outside of Newport

Date November 5th and 8th:On the 5th at 7:00 go visit the Outdoor Program for a sliedshow presentation about Cascadia Wildlands' efforts to get the Devil's Staircase old growth forest protected as a wilderness area. On the 8th take part in a guided hike through the forest. The cost is $10 and the trip is limited to 10 people.

Date November 12th at 12:00: Speaker Series with Don Holtgrieve. Come learn about John Steinbeck's Cannery Row and the Beginnings of Marine Biology.
