Dear Parent,
Congratulations on your sonŐs
acceptance to the University of Oregon.
As current undergraduate students
at the University of Oregon, we find life at college challenging in many ways.
Paying for an education is one of these challenges. To assist with the
financial aspect of college, the Oregon Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon
Fraternity is offering 10 Balanced Man Scholarships in amounts of up to $1000.
These scholarships are offered to incoming male students who excelled in the
areas of scholarship, leadership, athletics, and community service during their
high school careers. We reward men who exemplify these qualities. We believe
they are fundamental in building a balanced leader.
Neither applying for nor receiving
one of the Balanced Man Scholarships in any way obligates you to join Sigma Phi
Epsilon Fraternity. Please talk with your son about applying for the Balanced
Man Scholarship. It is a great opportunity for your son to be able to save on
the high cost of college.
Should you have any questions or
concerns regarding the Balanced Man Scholarship, please call Brian DeHaan at
(503) 807-9601.
Sincerely,
Brian DeHaan
