Juliet Campion's
Renaissance Pleasauntries and Receipts

Return to Mistress Harriett's page

Good my lords and ladies, welcom to thys my boke of plesaunt gaieties and conceits. May I show you som interesting folk of like mind? You may wish to viste the Renaissance Faire folk, the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire in Philomath, Oregon, or the Portland Revels. For my friends from the older ages, there is a doorway to the Society for Creative Anachronism, the Olde Englishe page, and the Kingdom of An Tir. Histrenact has a lot to look at, and links to re-enactment web sites. Sumtyme when lyfe permits would I gladly meet and feast with these folke.

As the Lady Juliet Campion, (shown with my friend Lord Cedric), I sang music of this daye with the fine Eugene Vocal Arts Ensemble for sixteen years. At a sometime Christmass Feast did they present a most sumptuous meal with dancing and singing and merriment for all. You see above you a portrayt of mee with some of my friends prepareing to enjoy the feast.

At my west countree home, I enjoy the time I spend in the stillroom, and would share some of my fancies and delytes with you.

Athough it may bee a sin, I have had my Tarot read by the gypsees who camp in our orchard.
