OPHS Announcements

In an effort to better serve our researchers in the long term, OPHS is instituting temporary business hours. We are dedicating Fridays to building our infrastructure so we can handle our increased workload more efficiently. Please click here for more information.

OPHS will not accept protocol applications on outdated application forms. Don't submit an application on a form your colleague downloaded and saved to his/her computer in 2004! Always download the most current application form from this site before you start working on a protocol.
