Additional information: The student parking lots are open through October
5th and no permit is required, you can park at Reser Stadium and there
is a regular shuttle to campus or there is a pay parking lot just east
of the Memorial Union, where we will be meeting. Permits are not required
on Saturday in the student or staff parking lots so that should cover both
days of our meeting. These are enough options so that we will not mail
out staff parking lot permits for Friday to get marginally closer to the
meeting with a low probability of vacant spaces. Dinner will be at the
Big River Restaurant, which is at the corner of Jackson and First Street
on the Willamette River Front. Refreshments will be available during both
days of the meeting and Saturday morning we will have muffins and coffee/tea/juice.
