Steve Stieber, Ph.D.
Statistical Analyst
Dr. Stieber consults with state and local agencies including the Oregon
Department of Education, and has been involved in a number of IVDB projects.
He specializes in SAS, SPSS, large longitudinal
databases, and web-based projects.
Steve received his Ph.D in
Educational Psychology/Research and Measurement from
the University of Oregon.
