Most of the information contained herein is the result of my searches through the online American Family Immigration History Center -- the Ellis Island website. I won't bog the reader down with a lot of editorial comments and disclaimers here (I'm normally very big on disclaimers). But a couple of things warrant mention.
First - I can't guarantee the accuracy of my search results, but I'm reasonably certain that each of the attributions I've made of immigration dates and passenger manifests to named family members is correct. If not, let me know and I'll make corrections.
Second - The AFIHC passenger manifests are physically/digitally awkward documents, with each manifest containing data for up to 32 immigrants (rows) recorded across 33 columns. Consequently, each complete manifest consists of 2 oversized pages, which taken together constitute a single, extremely over-sized manifest in 2 parts. The AFIHC online archives store each of the 2 pages/halves separately -- albeit consecutively. I've tried reducing, and even combining, the individual pages without success -- even at only a 75% reduction, they are hard to read. So I've left them "as-is" in 2 parts and full-sized.
Third - Some of the original (microfilm) manifests are unavailable -- probably destroyed. So occasionally only a text version is available.
Fourth (and last) - If you've read up on your Riedlingsdorf history, you already know that "Riedlingsdorf" was known by its Hungarian name of "Rodon" or "Rodony" until 1921. Thereafter, it is called "Riedlingsdorf." This is evident in the records which follow.
