This is far and away the most interesting site I've found, as it is compiled and maintained by the Riedlingsdorf Men's Choir, and is solely about Riedlingsdorf.
Don't miss it. In particular, check out the "History" and "Pictures" sections, and read and contribute to the "Messageboard" and the "Guestbook."
Also consider sending a contributing member donation to the Men's Choir. It's only $8.00 (US).

My second favorite website, this is full of the results of pain-staking research by numerous people (mostly Americans)
into the regional and family histories of the province of Burgenland. Spend some time here. The newsletter archives are particularly interesting.

The American Family Immigration History Center (Ellis Island) Website
|
|
A hint: unless you're researching a name like "Smith" or "Johnson," try searching by last name only. I've found this to be a good way to zero in on likely candidates for family immigration documents.
