	Center for Educational Technologies CET is the UO Library's central service point for faculty who need assistance with the use of instructional technology. Its mission is to promote active learning through innovative use of technology, which it accomplishes through a variety of services including: training and consulting for faculty and GTFs in the use of technology production services for courses implementing online media, learning objects, or web sites the Blackboard course management system workshops and instructional activities (see also Academic Affairs IT programs), including Library Workshops on Demand Course Redesign for Hybrid Learning new faculty orientation blackboard training workshops coordination with other campus units (see also FITT Group) IT Fellows Program

	Scholars' Bank. I led initial implementation of UO's institutional repository using MIT's DSpace software in 2003, and am presently a member of the Scholars' Bank Steering Committee.
	I provide expertise and informal advice on copyright and intellectual property to Library and UO faculty.
