diglib: DLI Web site

I think the DLI Website is now up-to-date.  Minutes from 12/4 & 1/3 are
posted.  JQ's and Bob's messages about software and the E-Asia project,
respectively, are posted.  

The URL is http://libweb.uoregon.edu/diglib/

If you are aware of other material that we should link to, let me know.

JQ: Would it be possible to provide a link from the diglib archive back to
the diglib Web site?
