diglib: FW: Document Imaging Educational Seminar/Breakfast
FYI--This was sent to me by Elizabeth Uhlig, the archivist at LCC. Oscar
Kimbrough has been a vendor rep here in Eugene for a long time, working
with a company most recently known as ImageMax. ImageMax has now been
acquired by Integra, I am told. ImageMax used to provide supplies and
service for the microfilm project until the service level became intolerable
but I believe they were still servicing the Microforms reader-printers at
last report. She said this was an interesting presentation last time she
went to it, though.

Subject: Document Imaging Educational Seminar/Breakfast
Hello Elizabeth -
I want to let you know that next month Integra Information Technologies will
be holding an "infoTECH" educational seminar on document imaging. We are
offering two seminars:
04/18/01 Clackamas, OR
04/19/01 Eugene, OR
InfoTech is designed to assist and educate you on how to move to a more
effective system to process, store and retrieve documents and data. No
products will be shown. We will discuss considerations of designing and
implementing such a system to meet your particular needs, as well as, some
of the pitfalls to avoid.
There is a $45.00 registration fee (which includes a breakfast). You can
see the agenda (along with times and directions) at:
http://www.integrainfotech.com/events.htm
You may also register online or by calling our toll free number:
1-800-444-8688.
I hope that you may be able to attend. This should be a very helpful
seminar for you and well worth your time.
Would you please forward this to any others there who you think might be
interested?
Thank you.
Oscar Kimbrough
