Here are the files that you will need to setup foobar2000 as seen above.
Columns UI format string - To load the columns ui format string, go to file > preferences > columns ui > main tab. Then go to import and import the custom-habla.fcs file.
Button pack - To change the buttons, extract everything in the rar file then right click on the button area and go to customize. Then at the bottom left hand side go to tools, load from file. Then load the custom-button.fcs file that you just extracted from the rar.
Infopanel Code - In order to get the track info panel to look like mine, first you need to go to file > preferences > columns ui > layout tab. Once you're there insert the trackinfo panel into your layout, click on trackinfo panel, and then go to configure. Once you're there, enter everything in the infopanel code text file into the format string. You can adjust the font, spacing, etc. to fit your needs.
