- NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
- New accounts
- New students many claim
their Duck ID accounts for access
to email, wireless, Blackboard, free antivirus and anti-spyware
and more. For assistance with claiming your Duck ID, see the
video

- Phishing Warning
- Recently, university students, faculty and staff have received
email messages asking for personal information. The university
will never ask for information such as your date of birth or
password in an e-mail message.
- Do not respond to e-mail that
asks for personal information. They are phishing scams. For
more information on phishing, see OnGuard
Online.
- Avoid Filesharing Software
We strongly discourage the use of peer-to-peer filesharing
software such as Gnutella, LimeWire and BitTorrent to exchange
files covered by copyright. For more information, see The
Perils of Filesharing.
