I love graveyards. I can spend hours in them because I never cease to be fascinated by the dead and what they or their loved ones choose to leave behind as a lasting tribute. How do you summarize an entire life on a gravestone? How can a simple phrase capture the imagination of an unknown passerby to give them a glimpse of what you were in life? These are questions to which I intend to find answers.
