Dean's Enrichment Fund

Will enrich existing programs and allow the
Dean to provide seed money for new programs and unanticipated expenses that arise - whether faculty or student support, supplies and equipment, or faculty or ensemble travel for outreach performances.

MarAbel B. Frohnmayer Music Building Initiative Naming Opportunities

The highest priority, and the most exciting opportunities are offered by this fund. More than $11 million has been raised from private sources, with $7.6 million from the Oregon State Legislature as per bonding approval granted in July, 2001. Equipping the new teaching, rehearsal, practice and performance rooms with twenty-nine new pianos is the current focus for this project, which totals approximately $1 million. Furnishings, Instruments, and Equipment Fund

$1 million to equip the new building and provide instruments.
Better equipment will improve the quality of the music our students and faculty create. A significant need as a result of the new music building is to equip the teaching, practice and rehearsal spaces with pianos, as well as upgrade the existing inventory.
