Okawa Zeng spams

The page lists 12 spams received from the persistent spammer (according to the headers) okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net. They all appear to have been sent to many thousands of addresses at once. They claim to have originated at hinet.net, which appears, based on other evidence, to be a spam support provider. (For example, I have received numerous spams with the email address chen-a999@umail.hinet.net in the text. After every one, I have asked that the address be cancelled. Since spams for the address kept coming, I can only conclude that the address continued to exist.)

• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, containing a letter, partly in French but mostly in gibberish, to the "alliance of China, Russia, and India". Given what is in the 6th of these spams, probably the spammer wants them to murder millions of people. To protect other victims of this spam, 7196 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, whose subject and text are almost entirely gibberish. To protect other victims of this spam, 12092 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, whose subject and text are almost entirely gibberish, addresses to "To President =E5=9A=B4=E9=95=B7=E5=A3=BD, www.landistpe.com.tw". To protect other victims of this spam, 8800 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, containing a bizarrely written message "To my sacred peoples of India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh" urging their unification in one country. Given what is in the 6th of these spams, probably the spammer wants them to be unified under the sort of government which exterminates its political opponents. To protect other victims of this spam, 11078 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, doing for BENELUX what the previous spam did for India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. To protect other victims of this spam, 15813 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, containing a copy of a letter to Kim Jung Il, mass murdering dictator of North Korea, urging him to fire nuclear missiles at southern Taiwan. To protect other victims of this spam, 12052 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, containing a message in French to Hugo Chavez, dictator of Venezuela, expressing hope that he manages to seize and wreck all of South America the way he is destroying Venezuela. To protect other victims of this spam, 9552 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, containing crank mathematics about investing in stock markets, and claiming recent (as of March 2007) strange behavior is due to investors following his advice in over three million spams he has sent out. To protect other victims of this spam, 7400 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
• Spam, claiming to be from okawa.zeng@msa.hinet.net, claiming to contain "proofs" that "Jesus Christ was a Buddhist". To protect other victims of this spam, 11194 occurrences of "@" have been replaced by "AAXA".
