Dean's Certifications

Law schools and some other institutions sometimes ask for certification from the University attesting to a student’s good character and providing dates of enrollment.

At the UO, this process involves two offices. The Office of the Registrar handles enrollment verification and passes the form on to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Relations for completion of the conduct portion.

Students requesting a Dean’s Certification should allow five to seven business days for the paperwork to be processed and mailed. Remember to allow plenty of time for mail delivery.
