We at the Co-op Family Center value the sense of community that is created through parent and family participation. This sense of community comes from families having relationships with each other as well as the teachers at the Co-op. The Co-op Family Center is a co-operative effort by university families and center staff to raise happy, healthy, compassionate and socially confident children who are prepared for challenges beyond the security of the center. Through co-oping and many family gatherings we hope to provide a warm and welcoming environment for families. Including families in the journey of the daily life of our center has been the inspiration of the Co-op Family Center since its beginning.
