2009-2010 SEASON: Year of the Book

Dear Friends,

This will be our first full season in our new theatres, and we are excited to have you join us! In coordination with the Oregon Humanities Center’s theme: “The Year of the Book,” we’re offering a slate of plays about or adapted from books. In addition, following each Sunday performance we will host a discussion featuring guest artists and scholars who will further explore the literary connection. And for the first time in twenty years we welcome back the Department of Dance to stage their annual Faculty-choreographed concert. I can promise our 2009-10 season will be joyous, intellectually challenging, a true celebration of the new and original theatre that can spring from beloved books.
