Blocks of conference rooms have been reserved at the Eugene Days Inn and the Phoenix Inn Suites, both of which are within walking distance of the University of Oregon campus. When making your reservations, please specify that you are attending the " IAEP" conference to receive the group rate.

Please note that the 2008 Olympic Track & Field Trials are scheduled to begin in Eugene on Friday, June 27th. Consequently, lodging is expected to be scarce immediately following the conference, and rooms may already be in short supply during our meeting dates. We recommend that you make room reservations as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
