- $50 regular conference fee
- $30 student or retired conference fee
Because of the financial support provided by the University of Oregon, the conference fee is waived for UO faculty and students. Please present your UO ID card for entrance to the conference.

CONCERNING REFUNDS: Please note that after May 20th we will not be able to refund fees for the Saturday evening banquet, excursions, or carbon offsets. The conference fee will be refunded for cancellations made before June 16th.

All conference presenters are expected to be members of IAEP by the registration deadline (May 20th). Benefits of membership include an annual subscription to the journal Environmental Philosophy, as well as the opportunity to participate in IAEP events through the year.

The banquet will be held in the EMU Ballroom on Saturday, June 21st, 7:00 - 9:30. The keynote lecture by Donna Haraway will follow the meal.
The buffet-style banquet will feature local and organic foods, including a vegan spinach tortellini and grilled polenta with mushroom sauce. Local red and white wines are also included.
- $40 for nonstudents
- $10 for students
We request your donation of this fee to fund a local carbon offset project that will balance the greenhouse gas emissions created by participant travel to the conference. For details about how this fee was calculated and the offset project that we will fund, please visit our "Sustainability" page.
