BioQUEST: Quality Undergraduate Educational Simulations and Tools

The BioQUEST Curriculum Consortium is a collaborative effort of biology educators and software developers interested in creating computer tools that allow students to pose their own problems, solve these problems through investigations of their own design, and persuade their peers that their conclusions are correct: the BioQUEST "3 P's." They publish a newsletter and offer much of the software for beta-testing: use the email link above for more information.

Association of Biology Laboratory Educators (ABLE)

"The focus of ABLE is to improve the undergraduate biology laboratory experience by promoting the development and dissemination of interesting, innovative, and reliable laboratory exercises." ABLE's annual conferences offer hands-on experience with the latest in biology laboratory activities; proceedings of past conferences are available.
