Just a quick note from Moldova. I'll be in Europe 2 weeks, but do have e-mail now. I saw something from Mike Russo that seems like a logical idea: consider the Conf Committee report to be the main one "on the table," and ask people who want changes to select just 2 or 3 (this is now my variation) that they consider important, and to provide some reasons for them. Actually, it seems to me that it is reasonable to ask each person requesting changes to explain in an e-mail or something WHY he or she wants that change.
