Peter, [material deleted] As far as annual reports go (for 2005-2006); the Universty appeals board didn't meet (it only meets when an appeal is filed) so there really wasn't anything to report. The Student Conduct Committee also didn't meet because we were focused on the Senate Ad Hoc Committee and working the code through that process.

I don't believe the Hearing Board wrote up a report and the information they could provide would be pretty limited. In summary they met 4 times, heard a case involving a graduate student and repeat academic dishonesty and suspended him, heard a case against a student who threatened various individuals on campus with violence and violently resisted arrest who was expelled, and then met with the same student who committed repeat academic dishonesty and suspended her the first time and when she provided false information on a petition for a refund they expelled her.

I do an annual report every year with our overall conduct statistics that could be useful. You could link to the student conduct home page at : http://studentlife.uoregon.edu/programs/student_judi_affairs/index.htm Let me know if you need any additional information.
