US 05/06 - 11 in opposition to the sale of the Westmoreland Apartments

Let It Be Resolved: The Senate is opposed to the sale of Westmoreland Family Housing; the Senate directs the President of the Senate, or her representative, to present the Senate's opposition to the Oregon State Board of Higher Education.

The vote of the Senate was 14-14. Senate President Peter Keyes then broke the tie voting in favor of the motion when then passed 15-14.
