Dear Paul,

I am one of the new senators and I would like to thank you for your response. I have read it in appreciation of your service to the university and its faculty.

I would like to suggest Prof. Gina Psaki and Senior Instructors Bryan Moore or Rick Troxel as well as a research oriented NTTF for the committee in discussion. The diversity should embrace not only race and gender but also different class of faculty.

I am grateful for all the groundwork that has been laid before us to help us to excel in future. When we have the common goal to serve our students and the faculty best with the support of administration, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.
