Dear Gwen.

This is to confirm in writing our conversation late last week. I think a reasonable deadline for having the minutes available would be Tuesday 29 September 2009 as then they can be made available on the web by the 30th of September which is 2 weeks in advance of the 14 October 2009 Senate meeting. The Senate does not meet until then -- we are a legislative body and apart from information gathering quiescent during the summer months -- the FAC will have to deal with any emergencies during this time which surely the minutes are not.

I know you are over burdened with other matters and urge you not to consider the minutes as a first priority item at this point in time. So if I could have them by Tuesday 29 September, that would be super.
