Subject: Re: Financial Impact Statement/ Undergraduate Council

Jereme:

Thank you form your response. I will share this with Jim Long and he can distribute your response to the rest of the committee members. I believe that your answer to my question is that you want more time to finalize the arrangements to enroll for an internship and I believe that I addressed this issue in an earlier message to you.

With respect to a financial impact statement, I can only provide you with my best estimate of what additional expenses might be involved with this process. All transactions will continue to be handled as an exception and will need to be processed manually. I am not sure of the numbers that would be involved (10-25?), howvever, I assume that it would only involve additional requests for late adds. There are numbers who will continue to enroll within the published deadlines. It will cost $20.00 - $25.00 for each transaction processed after the published deadline to add courses.
