Our records at the Graduate School indicate that you do not have a GTF appointment for Spring term. If you had enrolled in the health insurance program administered by the GTFF Union in prior terms, then you are eligible to continue your health coverage (for up to 18 months) by paying the premiums yourself. This option is called a COBRA Benefit.

You should contact the GTFF office for information about how to obtain continued coverage.

In addition to contacting the GTFF personally, I would like to ask that you complete the form below in which you choose whether or not to have the Graduate School release personal information about you to the GTFF. This information is used by the GTFF to verify that there has been a change in your status as a GTF, and therefore a change in your eligibility for benefits. You may respond to this message electronically, or by printing out the form and dropping it off at the Graduate School.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
