The University of Oregon’s Student Health and Counseling Center Addition & Renovation project has been recognized as one of the top projects in Washington and Oregon. It was selected by the editorial staff of the trade journal “Construction Communications” and is featured in a recent edition of the “Real Estate & Construction Review.” Projects are chosen by how innovative, unique, and important they are within their particular region (in this case, Oregon/Washington).

Construction's Best of 2007 competition. Over 70 entries were received and judged by a jury panel.

SEED Awards the University of Oregon Moss St. Children's Center (May 2008)
The Oregon Department of Energy (ODE) has selected the University of Oregon Moss St. Children's Center as a recipient of the first State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) Awards.
SEED requires state agencies to invest in energy efficiency in construction projects to reduce long-term operating costs and be adopters of innovative energy technologies. The awards will be presented to projects that have met the requirements of the SEED program, have significant energy savings, implemented innovative energy conservation measures and serve as models of energy efficiency.
