Jeremy Coombs

Jeremy is a former Marine corporal and was deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is married to Christina and is Joshua Coombs’ brother. Jeremy, 29, attends the University of Oregon. He is a senior majoring in History and hopes to teach high school students or college students. He also plans to teach English in the Middle East. The Salem, Ore. native is participating in Telling because he wants veterans who feel alone to understand that other people share their experiences.
