The Women's & Gender Studies Program at the University of Oregon awards prizes to student through the following contests:

| This award recognizes an outstanding undergraduate majoring in Women's & Gender Studies. | |
| Miller Family Scholarship | Two @ $500 ea |
| The Miller Family Scholarship supports an outstanding student in Women's & Gender Studies, and may be awarded either to an undergraduate major or graduate certificate student. | |
| The Bruce M. Abrams LGBT Essay Award | Two @ $500 ea |
| Students (one undergraduate, one graduate), from any discipline, are honored for their contribution to the advancement of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) studies. | |
