Better Living Through Neuroscience

Inspired by teaching neuroscience to Tibetan monks, professor David McCormick developed the Happiness - A Neuroscience and Psychology Perspective course to examine the science behind mental well-being and explore how our brains regulate and respond to anxiety and stress, meditation, social relationships, and more.
