Alexander’s Great Falafel stand is a homemade traveling food vending trailer that is approximately five feet wide and eight feet long. The assembly is made up of plywood and two-by-fours and sits on a steel frame. Four single-paned windows cover about twenty-five percent of the walls’ surface area. The exterior of the building is covered in a hard canvas which presumably acts as weather proofing.
