NEWS and EVENTS Rachel Rosenzwig (Ph.D.1999) is the author of Worshipping Aphrodite: Art and Cult in Classical Athens, published by The University of Michigan Press, Ann Arbor. Her book is based on her dissertation on the cult of Aphrodite in Athens directed by Professor Jeffrey Hurwit.Tiffany Stith Cooper (M.A. 2003) revised her thesis on the photographer Minor White, directed by Professor Kathleen Nicholson, into an article, "Form into Light: Minor White in Oregon 1937-1942," pp. 5-20, in Calapooya: A Literary Review, vol. 24.
