Methodology

1.Obtain the permission of the owner of the falafel kiosk – Alexander the Great –to perform the experiment.

2.Make a list of interview questions to ask Alexander.

3.Check out three temperature data loggers.

4.Install 2 temperature data loggers inside the structure and 1 outside. See diagrams to understand where each is placed.

5.Retrieve the temperature data loggers from their locations after five days.

6.Interview Alexander about his thermal comfort in the space throughout the day and his knowledge of the materials used in the structure for insulation and heat.

7.Collect the data from the temperature data loggers, using Boxcar software, and review to determine if there are any problems with it.

8.Analyze the data to determine what the results mean in the context of the structures, hypothesis, and methods.
